Aksel Co. Ltd. was formed as the small enterprise in 1990. By the basic direction the collective has selected application of high technologies of microelectronics for creation of heating elements of a untraditional type - flat heaters. Small series the release was begun in 1993., and with 1995 their serial release is mastered.
 
  The global tendency to creation ecologically of clean electrohousehold devices and the real technical opportunities of flat thick-film heaters have shown perspectives of their use at creation of systems of air heating of dwellings, industrial, warehouse premises etc. Owing to low temperature of a surface of flat heaters the contents of oxygen is not reduced, the dust does not burn down, the humidity of heated up air is not reduced.
 
  These technical opportunities also have made flat heating elements interesting to use in engineering of special purpose showing the special requirements on reliability and the characteristics.
